CUPRA/SEAT are recruiting for a CUPRA Tribe Development Manager on a full time secondment basis for 3 years.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be the custodian of the "CUPRA Tribe" behaviours, spirit and culture within the CUPRA retailer network - across sales and aftersales - and the internal Brand team.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement training, communications, and engagement activities that promote network behaviours supporting CUPRA's growth and differentiation from SEAT. The Tribe Development Manager plays a key role in shaping local and central strategies for a unique CUPRA customer experience, embodying the Brand values and ensuring the network consistently meets Brand expectations.

You will have responsibility for the timely, on budget delivery of core CUPRA projects for the Brand including the evolving definition and ongoing implementation of CUPRA’s innovative retailer network structure (e.g. CUPRA Specialist programme), and subsequent performance management as appropriate, ensuring clear alignment with Brand and VWG strategies.

Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of business and IT processes including Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies

Understanding of digital technologies and how their application can transform customer experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate at senior management level.

Ability to quickly develop strong effective relationships with commercial, creative and technical people
