Brief Role Description
As a Franchise Employee, you are responsible for expanding and managing the company’s franchise network. You engage in strategic planning, maintain partner relationships, and develop guidelines for operational efficiency. You also ensure compliance with brand standards. Your focus lies in identifying new franchise opportunities, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support to franchisees – all with the goal of achieving shared and sustainable success.
