Bring your curiosity to work as our next assembly operator. In this role, your mission is to assemble high‑quality components that support our production flow. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. You report to the production supervisor.
- Assemble components according to standardized work instructions
- Inspect parts and finished units to ensure quality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Identify improvement opportunities in your work steps
- Support production efficiency through accurate documentation
This role involves standing for extended periods, working in a temperature-variable environment. Shift work may include nights or weekends.

- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands‑on technical work
- Ability to follow standardized procedures with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Your compensation and well-being
Pay range: USD 45,000–52,000 per year. The final offer depends on your experience.

Your location and working hours
This position is based at our Product Company in Rock Hill, SC United States. Standard shifts are 8 hours, with rotating day/night schedules.
