As an Activities coordinator-42 hours per week, you will organise group and one-to-one activities that support residents' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing.

What you'll work on
Monitor participation, gather feedback, and continually improve activity programmes and organise outings, special events, celebrations, and community engagement activities.
- Support residents living with dementia through meaningful and therapeutic activities
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of daily, weekly, and seasonal activities
- Develop person-centred activity plans based on residents' interests and life experiences
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety requirements
- As Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a varied programme of activities that enrich residents' daily lives and ensure every resident feels valued, included, and supported
What you'll bring
- You’ll need previous experience as an Activities Coordinator, Wellbeing Coordinator, Activity Assistant, or similar role within a care, healthcare, community, or hospitality setting
- You’ll need previous experience working within a nursing home, residential care home, dementia care, or assisted living environment
- You’ll need experience planning and delivering engaging activities for older adults
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Understanding of person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- S that promote wellbeing, independence, social interaction, and happiness
- S and helping older people live fulfilling, engaging lives, we would love to hear from you
- Full UK Driving Licence
- First Aid Certificate
