As a Remote Senior Product Specialist, you will support and mentor Product Specialists, sharing best practices and raising overall team capability.

Your technical focus
Support the team in delivering complex or high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment to expected outcomes and support and guide QA and UAT processes, particularly for complex or high-risk features.
- Ensure backlog items are appropriately sized, sequenced, and ready for delivery
- Ensure high standards of quality by rigorously validating work against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD)
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations and navigating competing priorities
- Own, manage, and continuously refine product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment to product strategy
- Analyse product performance, delivery metrics, and team effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities
Skills & experience
- Contribute to release planning and coordinate dependencies across teams where required, while , with the ability to handle complex scenarios
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning with a high degree of autonomy and confidence
- You’ll need strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Specialist within an agile environment
- Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams
- Ensuring robust acceptance criteria and delivery standards
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs effectively
- Apply advanced domain expertise to shape solutions, influence prioritisation, and improve product design
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working
