Water Systems Design Engineer

Water Systems Design Engineer focuses on driving improvement of design standards and project approaches across the organization.

What the role involves

• Driving improvement of design standards and project approaches across the organization.
• Coordinating with construction, commissioning, and risk management teams to answer requests for information and value engineering queries.
• Design and installation standards, water supply evaluation and assessment, testing, inspections, and submittal review. Meet with AHJs as needed to ensure approval of water treateme.
• This position will require up to 25% travel.
• Design for buildings, including coordination with utilities and internal water teams to establish basic site infrastructure requirements.
• Oversee project-related work, such as water supply analysis.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities.
• Experience and knowledge of water chemistry, treatment and quality.
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
