- Assisting the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus whilst working with residents to tailor menus around them.

Skills and requirements
- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
- Experience of working with fresh seasonal food.
