What you'll bring
- In a resource planning leadership role within a fast-paced creative, media, influencer, or social agency context
- Throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with the original operational vision
- Of resourcing, time-tracking and project management or work management systems
- Collaborating directly with UX/UI designers, product managers, and/or engineers to map out user journeys and software wireframes
- Senior agency PM & resource planning track record: Deep
- Excellent communication & stakeholder influence: Ability to build high-trust relationships and influence senior stakeholders without relying on direct line authority
- With relevant tools: Deep

- Design for automation & ease: Advocate for smart, automated workflows within our tool design to minimize manual admin for our teams, ensuring data entry is frictionless and highly accurate
