Customer support involved
- Provide administrative support for complaints, compensation claims and Housing Ombudsman investigations.
- Maintaining accurate complaint records, case notes and documentation within the case management system.
- Supporting customer communication by sending acknowledgements, updates and requested information.
Customer service skills
- Good standard of education, including English and Maths, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in complaints administration or another regulated administrative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
