  • Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH needs.
  • Help create a safe, calm, and supportive learning environment.
  • Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour.
  • Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Promote engagement, motivation, and confidence in learning.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
