The Influencer & Partnerships Manager role centres on building and managing day-to-day relationships across key B2B community stakeholder groups, including.

The work
Manage influencer and KOL contract negotiations, gifting, seeding, and program logistics and design, manage and scale Influencer programmes which drive priority business metrics e.g.
- Develop stakeholder-specific communications whilst championing the Cult Mia tone of voice to keep these communities in the know about the latest at Cult Mia
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign activations across partnerships
- Ensure all collaborations reflect Cult Mia’s positioning and meet luxury brand standards
- Operate with significant autonomy and trust, collaborating closely with Cult Mia’s E-commerce and Marketing teams, whilst supporting wider Marketing initiatives
- Support the Head of Marketing with the execution of B2B partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue, including with our own Cult Mia brands
Experience that matters
- You’ll need experience in building Influencer programmes with proven commercial impact
- Pass on feedback from communities to the relevant teams within the organisation to help us improve our platform and customer experience
- Has a minimum of 3+ years of
- as well as a solid understanding of the luxury and independent fashion landscape
- Either embody the Cult Mia woman or have a strong understanding of her lifestyle
