What the role involves
- Manage engineering activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
- Manage short-term programmes and sequencing plans aligned with the overall project schedule.
- Coordinating day and night shift activities to maximise productivity and programme performance.
- Managing work packages, budgets, risks, opportunities, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure all permits, RAMS, quality documentation, and compliance requirements are in place.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience delivering civil engineering, groundworks, and structural steel projects.
- Good understanding of architectural fit-out, M&E, and systems installation activities.
- Experience in package management, including programming, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts.
