Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling, frameworks, and product delivery methods
- Lead the Product Chapter strategy, objectives, and annual roadmap
- Manage Chapter-related budgets, including training, development, and community initiatives
- Build strong engagement and communication across banner and group technology teams Experienced product leader with strong Product Management and/or Product Operations expertise
Requirements
- Proven ability to define strategic vision, gain organisational alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders within complex enterprise environments
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing product professionals
- Ability to bring external product thinking and best practice into a large-scale business environment
