What the role involves
- Delivering the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus, driving improvements in conversion, engagement and retention.
- Analyse A/B tests end-to-end, turning insights into relevant outcomes.
- Deliver opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and churn reduction.
- Managing and prioritise the eCommerce testing backlog following organisational goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX and Engineering to deliver impactful experiments.
- Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
