- Assist in programs of the facility that seek to determine if medication errors are taking place, when, where, and why they occur, and how they can be prevented

- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state
- Must possess, as a minimum, a High School Diploma or its equivalent
