This Payroll Administrator - Part-time position focuses on managing payroll records and maintaining employee data within the payroll system.
Working approximately 30 hours per month across 2 days per week, the successful candidate will manage the preparation and administration of a monthly payroll for around 210 employees, working closely with an outsourced payroll provider.
Your responsibilities
- Manage payroll records and maintaining employee data within the payroll system
Experience & requirements
- A formal payroll qualification is not essential
- Supporting wider HR and payroll-related projects as required
- D Payroll Administrator to join their collaborative team on a part-time basis
- Of the end-to-end payroll process, particularly in an environment where payroll is outsourced to a third-party provider
- The ability to work independently and manage payroll deadlines effectively
- Previous payroll experience, including exposure to the full payroll cycle
