  • Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  • Carry out maintenance on AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning).
  • Carry out plumbing works including unblocking toilets and replacing taps/washers.
  • Undertake basic electrical duties such as lamp changes.
  • Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, lamp changes, and emergency lighting testing.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out electrical fault finding.

Skills and requirements

  • Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 minimum (essential).
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
