- Engaging with students, families, and relevant stakeholders, and being a key point of contact for those with EHCPs prior to starting college.
- Having a caseload of EHCP students.
- Collaborate with the SEND and Quality Teams regarding emerging staff training needs.
- Line management of Specialist Learning Support Assistants.
