- Monitoring line performance and resolving operational issues quickly.
- Performing and overseeing in-process quality checks.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, food production, nutrition, or FMCG environment.
- Experience completing production records and documentation accurately.
- Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operator, or similar.
- Experience leading production changeovers.

- Monday to Friday (full-time).
- Ensuring production starts on time and runs efficiently throughout the shift.
- Delivering shift briefings and allocating work across the team.
- Salary up to £28,200 per annum.
