This Engineering Business Manager position focuses on as a member of the Engineering & Technology Management Team, you will provide business leadership and decision support for an organization of approximately 140 employees.
With over 16,000 employees across 32 manufacturing sites in 12 countries we serve over 90% of the world’s aircraft and engine manufacturers and achieved sales of £3.6bn in 2025.
What you'll build and improve
- Lead workforce planning activities for an organization of approximately 150 employees, providing insight into headcount, recruitment plans, contractor utilization, capacity requirements
- Build business and financial models to support investment decisions, CAPEX proposals, organizational changes, and improvement initiatives
- Provide management with fact-based insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations to support effective business decision-making
- Serve as a member of the Engineering & Technology Management Team and act as a trusted advisor to department leadership on operational, financial, and strategic matters

What you'll bring
- Minimum 5-8 years of
- A completed HBO or University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
- In financial analysis & reporting that can support the company towards business success?

- Ability to operate as a trusted business partner within a management team and contribute to strategic decision-making
- In Business Management, Business Control, Finance Business Partnering, Program Control, or a similar role within an engineering, manufacturing, technology-driven, or project-based environment
