In this role you will confidently lead and oversee Abbeycroft's Teen Chill sessions resulting in positive community outcomes. All aspects of this role require professionalism, care, friendliness, and great customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing supportive relationships with attendees
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests
- Communicating effectively with students and engaging in a positive experience
- Safeguarding attendees
- Ability to cover lessons on-shift and where required to avoid disruptions
