Primarily based outdoors, you\’ll welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate.

– Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process.
– Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
– Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
– Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
– Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Minimum Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
– Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.

– A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
