Are you passionate about visitor experience? We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and positive individual to join us at the forefront of delivering our new video game experience for visitors to Thinktank.
The right person will enjoy enriching the visitor experience by:
- Having a keen interest in the history and development of video games and encouraging others to experience them.
- Providing high standards of customer care to enhance visitor experience and achieve sales targets.
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
- Assisting visitors with queries in a prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
