Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
- Assisting with classroom management
- Working with individual students or small groups on specific tasks
- Helping to create resources and materials for lessons
- Providing feedback to teachers on student progress
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the classroom
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Experience working with special educational needs students
