We are on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us, you will be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Our residential service in Bulls Cross near Stroud is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in town shopping, the next you could be unwinding with them going on a walk in the countryside, watching films or going to the cinema.
Some of the activities we do are:
- Swimming
- Family home visits
- Volunteering at local community farm
- Gardening
- Arts and crafts
- Baking
- Days out (e.g., Cotswold Wildlife Park, beach)
- Shopping days
- Bike rides
- Sensory sessions
- Horse riding
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference in someone’s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be accessing activities in the local area or baking a cake to enjoy. You will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence in order to drive the company vehicles.

Pay rate starts at: £12.00 ph + Enhancements. You will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence in order to drive the company vehicles. Shifts are: 8am - 20:30 on a Rota Monday - Sunday.
