Job Responsibilities:
- The masking up, removal of masking materials and painting and paint repair of products ensuring the paint is to the highest standard of quality achievable with the equipment available.
- Achievement of the build schedule timescales agreed with the Production Supervisor(s).
- At all times work constructively within the Fitting Shop and Final Fitting Shop teams to identify and progress problems impacting the product build or schedule.
- Maintenance of the paint shop equipment and 6S initiatives.
- Ordering of paint and paint stock control.
- Maintenance of the paint store in a safe and tidy manner.
- Work as part of a flexible team to ensure the overall build schedule is achieved.
- Other tasks requested and agreed with the Supervisor.
