The Cove Spa will offer a range of wellness experiences, including 9 heat experiences, a relaxation room, a dedicated nail bar, and four treatment rooms. An exciting opportunity for a Beauty Therapist has arisen, and under the guidance of the Spa Manager, you will be required to ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct, and standards of appearance are adhered to.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing spa treatments
- Providing guests with homecare programmes
- Consultations
- Explaining services to guests
- Reception duties
- Supervising spa sessions
- Any point of sales including retail
- Checking in and checking out of all guests in a professional manner
Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving high levels of customer service, treatment standards, and client satisfaction. Please note an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required. Compensation and Benefits:
- £13 an hour
