Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors to join a storage business based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with sales enquiries from customers
  • Selling a range of services available
  • Complete all administrative tasks
  • Assist with Forklift Duties
  • Provide a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Happy working within a yard environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working within a small team

Role Details:

  • 40 hrs week – between 8 and 6pm Monday – Friday shifts
  • Saturdays 10am to 5pm and Sundays 10am – 4pm
  • Required to work 1 in 3 weekends
  • £27,053 per annum
  • 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
