Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving product innovation, client success, and business growth? Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering transformative solutions in HR, payroll, and people management. You will work closely with Client Solutions Directors, Account Managers, and Service Managers to demonstrate how our products can solve client problems. You will play a vital role in driving the sales cycle, supporting clients with tailored cases, and aligning our solutions with client needs. Additionally, you will contribute to process refinement, develop service descriptions, and mentor the wider Sales Team to effectively sell our LOB solutions. Collaborating with the Sales Team is critical to implementing a strong growth plan, rapidly expanding our product portfolio, and ensuring success for both NHS SBS and our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with senior leaders in order to make sure the success of the LOB growth strategy, driving both new business and renewals.
- Leading discussions with C-suite executives (CFOs, FDs) to articulate the value of what we offer, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
- Taking ownership of the product roadmap and continuously innovate to make sure our services deliver maximum value and address client challenges.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Programmes, and Client Solutions teams to optimise the sales journey and deliver client success.
- Mentoring the team, helping the understanding of how to effectively communicate the technical value of our solutions.
- Driving profitability for the LOB, ensuring alignment between market needs, product development, and financial goals.
- Orchestrating cultural transformation within the organisation and with clients, encouraging an environment of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Shown experience in the HR, payroll, or people planning sectors, preferably within a shared service model (private/public sector).
- A strong background in senior sales or client management roles, with a focus on driving growth and leading high-level client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of LOB products and services, with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical solutions.
- A forward-thinking approach to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Experience demonstrating the use of data to inform decisions and optimise solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership to influence decisions and demonstrate the strategic benefits of our offerings.
