A leading provider of automated gates, doors, barriers and access control solutions is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines service coordination, customer support, and administrative duties.

  • Managing incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests.
  • Raising job sheets and orders.
  • Liaising with customers.
  • Updating company databases.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
