Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a band 7 team leader for the Acute Medical Unit.
We provide all staff with educational development through our departmental education team and promote an active coaching environment for all staff.
Main Duties of the Job
Are you an experienced Acute Medicine Nurse looking to develop yourself within a senior sister role? Do you have experience as a Band 6 Nurse within AMU? Are you committed to providing excellent patient care within a busy department working within local and national targets? Do you have excellent communication skills and good time management skills along with the ability to work in a well-established and dynamic team? If so, then this may be the job for you.
