Sales Person

We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for a highly organised, customer-focused In-Office Sales Person to join us!
This role will be split into two phases:

1. Phase 1: Covering maternity leave for one product stream.
2. Phase 2: Transitioning into the full sales team, working across all product streams.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

1. Liaising with customers – answering queries, providing information, and ensuring a great experience.
2. Processing orders – from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Managing courier dispatches – ensuring our Gas & Electric Cabinets reach customers on time.
4. Handling fluctuating workloads – from high-intensity periods to quieter times where self-management is key.
5. Using IT systems – strong IT skills are required (full training provided).

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills – confident dealing with customers & colleagues.
2. Highly organised – able to manage workload efficiently.
3. Self-motivated – proactive and comfortable working independently.
4. Strong IT skills – experience with order processing is beneficial (but training is provided).
