We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Regional Coordinator to join our regional team out of our office in Willenhall, West Midlands. As a Regional Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various regional activities across our projects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage regional projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company requirements.
- Facilitate communication between regional offices, headquarters, and external partners, particularly for training, new starters, equipment, and processes.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline project data collection, reporting, and administrative duties.
- Support the organization of and participate in regional meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required for senior management.
- Provide seamless coordination to ensure all projects and regional staff have the required support to deliver compliance.
- Identify and resolve regional coordination issues, escalating complex problems when necessary and proposing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to regional activities.
- Support the development and implementation of regional strategies and initiatives including new systems, methods, and processes.
This is a regional role and therefore requires travel and the ability to work on your own initiative, manage time effectively, and work with regional teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- A related degree or similar in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar coordination or office management role, preferably in regional operations management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of regional business operations in a construction business and familiarity with local regulations and business practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
