We are looking for a Receptionist and Admin Support to join the Frontier team, based at Market Drayton, on a permanent, full-time basis. However, we would consider part-time hours with flexibility for holiday cover. You will often be the first point of customer contact, ensuring that the customer (internal or external) is given an exemplary, industry-leading professional impression of Frontier Agriculture. As a Receptionist & Admin Support, your role will involve:
- Answering calls into the business and dealing with callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Forwarding calls to the appropriate department, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner.
- Being the first point of contact for visitors to the business, welcoming and greeting all visitors onto site, ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to.
- Processing invoices for payment.
- Reconciling the shop receipts and global pay spreadsheet daily.
- Cash handling and banking.
- Assisting with order inputting.
- Filing of invoices and delivery notes.
- Posting month end invoices to customers.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Providing administrative support as required.
- Monitoring/processing emails, forwarding on to appropriate department/person.
- Adhoc administration duties to assist other members of staff where needed.
Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with customers\' enquiries.
