We are looking for a Production Assistant to join the team at our Deeside Print Centre, supporting the smooth running of our printing operation. This is a hands‑on role within a busy, fast‑moving environment where teamwork and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the print centre
- Monitor and set up finishing lines across different departments
- Carry out basic planned maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Operate a forklift truck (training can be provided if required)
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A hardworking, reliable approach with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A logical thinker with a practical mindset
- Flexible and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck would be advantageous, but training can be provided
Working Pattern
- Monday: 3.30 pm to midnight
- Tuesday: 1 pm to midnight
- Wednesday: 12 pm to midnight
- Thursday: 5 pm to 11 pm
