We are looking for a versatile and proactive Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with strong plumbing experience to join our Facilities Management Team. You will cover four defence sites across South Oxfordshire, providing essential maintenance and support in a dynamic environment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines, with a focus on plumbing tasks.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as joinery, carpentry, and plumbing duties.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rota, responding to urgent maintenance requests as required.
- Accurately document all work completed, ensuring systems are up to date.
Proven experience as a multiskilled engineer, with expertise in plumbing (qualifications in plumbing or mechanical systems preferred). Experience in additional trades such as electrical, HVAC, or general fabric maintenance is highly desirable. Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including compliance standards. Full UK driving licence. A proactive and flexible approach, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
