About The Role
Are you passionate about people, customer service and are highly organised? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Coordinator to join us within the People & Culture team. You will play a key role in our operational function delivering high quality support for employment related, pay and reward queries. Within this role you will focus on supporting administratively our Falmouth Online provision with contractual paperwork and payments; manage compliance checks and family leave arrangements; support with the processing of payroll and reward activities across Falmouth University and our partner organisation Falmouth Exeter Plus. For the successful candidate, there will also be the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship.
We are seeking someone with excellent administrative skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability and confidence to deal with people on a regular basis with a keen interest in developing within People & Culture. We are also looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
