We are seeking a CTP Operative (computer to plate) to join our busy Pre‑Press team at our Oxfordshire print operation. This is a hands‑on production role within a fast‑paced newspaper and print environment, playing a key part in ensuring pages are prepared, plated and delivered accurately to press.

Working closely with both Pre‑Press and Print teams, the CTP Operative will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of Computer‑to‑Plate equipment, producing printing plates to a consistently high standard and supporting a smooth and efficient production workflow. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to quality and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing CTP or pre‑press experience, or for a candidate with the right aptitude looking to develop their skills in a professional print production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and maintaining CTP equipment
  • Producing relevant paperwork and product timings
