The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Your key responsibility will be to assist in getting our new care workers ready to work! This will involve:

  • Organising interviews with applicants, obtaining necessary documents and carrying out DBS checks for successful candidates.
  • Reference chasing.
  • Booking training courses for the successful candidates.
  • Logging new care worker details onto our systems and creating new care worker files with all applicable paperwork.
  • Data entry & filing.
  • Supporting the manager.
  • Answering the phones and making phone calls.
  • Daily monitoring of electronic system (Including care staff compliance).
  • Dealing with staff queries.
  • Using a variety of online IT systems.
  • Auditing staff member files to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting to set up clear for work meetings for the care staff.
  • Assisting with carrying out weekly telephone monitoring with all staff in the three-month probation period and upload to recruitment utilisation report.
  • Arranging the end of probation meetings with new employees.
  • Attending meetings and job fairs as and when required.
  • Carrying out any other duties that may be required of your position.

You must be a great communicator who can build relationships with ease. You must be able to answer and make a high volume of calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner. You will need to be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team, be enthusiastic and possess a lot of initiative. You will need great organisation skills. Being a team player is very important within this job role as you will be working closely within the team as well as with people from all areas of the business. Care Outlook is fast-moving, so being a quick learner, as well as proactive and assertive is essential.
