HOUSING ADMINISTRATOR – FULL TIME
(Maternity Cover for up to 1 year)
Contract – 35 hours per week 09.00 hrs – 17.00 hrs Monday – Friday
Salary above minimum wage.

Responsibilities
- Administration of tenant applications
- Lettings
- Tenancy termination process
- Monitoring rent accounts
- Management of the Society’s waiting list
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn, enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Ability to work independently with support of a small team
- Good IT skills
- General understanding of Housing Management, Tenancy Agreements and Welfare Benefits system desirable
The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager and liaise closely with other members of staff to deliver a high-quality tenant-focused service.
