The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Our Maintenance Managers colleagues are an integral part of our exceptional properties. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Birmingham, B43.
Maintenance Manager responsibilities will include:
- Management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations.
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
- Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required and coordinating work performed by outside vendors.
- Conducting staff training on equipment and procedures.
- Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Responding to maintenance emergencies.
You will already have experience as a Maintenance Person and have knowledge of the trade, regulations, and standards. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident, proactive, and able to take ownership of the safety and functionality of our hotels. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work are essential. Ensuring maintenance tasks are not overlooked and minor site emergencies do not become major site emergencies.
