Some tips for your application 🫡

Show Off Your People Skills:In talent acquisition, it’s all about connecting with people, so make sure your CV highlights any experience you have in customer service, volunteer work, or team activities. Sharing examples where you’ve successfully communicated or resolved issues will show that you’ve got the interpersonal skills we’re looking for.

Craft a Motivational Cover Letter:This is your chance to connect personally! Since you're applying for an apprenticeship, express your eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field. Talk about any relevant experiences, even if they’re informal, that sparked your interest in talent acquisition, and let us know how that ties into what jobs24.co.uk does.

Highlight Your Organisational Skills:Recruiting involves juggling multiple candidates and processes at once. If you’ve managed any projects, events, or been part of a team in a coordinating role, make sure to spotlight that on your CV. This could be anything from organising a school event to a personal project—show us you can keep things running smoothly!

Be Sincere and Authentic:This may sound a bit cliché, but authenticity goes a long way in recruitment. Make sure your application reflects who you truly are. Use your own voice while writing. We want to get a glimpse of your personality, so don’t be afraid to let that shine through in your application!
