Our client, a well-established private healthcare company, are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join their friendly team at their Leatherhead site. Driving license is required.

The Role

  • Manage the full patient journey from consultation through to surgery.
  • Update and maintain patient records using internal systems.
  • Support patient conversion against KPI targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for patient queries (phone, email, face-to-face).
  • Coordinate clinic flow, including waiting times and front-of-house service.
  • Support general administration, including file management and payments.
  • Carry out post-operative patient calls.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and Fire Marshal duties.
  • Act as out-of-hours contact on a rota basis and support occasional inter-site travel.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing office, clinic, or healthcare environment.
  • Strong telephone manner and confident communicator.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional late finishes.
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

The Package

  • Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (with flexibility required for occasional late finishes/overtime).
  • Offering a starting salary of £26,000pa.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
