Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, being responsible for sourcing, selection, interviews right through to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with the Hiring Managers and Directors to fully understand their requirements ensuring targets are met.
- Responsible for all candidate attraction, including writing adverts, using social media, and bringing fresh ideas to ensure maximum response.
- Conduct candidate interviews by various means including but not limited to telephone, text, video, and face-to-face, ensuring full feedback in a timely manner.
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers on interviews, salary benchmarking, and general attraction strategies.
- Assist the HR Admin team with completing and checking all new starter documents, including referencing, right to work, and license checks.
This is a dynamic role where you will be managing the end-to-end process of permanent recruitment, predominantly for our Sales department. You will need to be extremely driven and genuinely passionate about finding the best people for the job. In return, you will have the autonomy to be as creative as you want to get positions filled, with as much support as you need.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sales environments.
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Hungry and target-driven.
- Energetic with a positive mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment.
- Good telephone manner, used to dealing with challenging situations over the phone.
