Entrepreneurial and able to spot every chance to drive sales in your restaurant whilst making strong links with your local community. Minimum Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a customer-facing sector, ideally hospitality.
- A natural leader, able to create and motivate a high performing team.
- Exceptional P&L management skills.
- Creative, autonomous & responsible.
