Forklift Operative – Job Description

Flexi Bendi Forklift operator

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client, an industrial business based in Dunstable, on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis. Candidates must have a Flexi Bendi Forklift License.

Responsibilities:

• Picking using a picking sheet
• Packing the picked items ready for dispatch
• Experience of stock control
• Loading and unloading
• Knowledge of dispatch
• Adhering to all health and safety standards
• Various duties to be taken once trained
• Moving materials and equipment around the warehouse
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized
• Use of Flexi Bendi forklift

Personal Specification:

• Flexi Bendi Forklift License
• Must be a team player
• Must have good attention to detail
• Previous experience of working in a Warehouse Environment
• Applicants must be able to work under pressure
• Good computer literacy
• Applicants must be able to undertake a physically demanding role
