We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the F&B team as they carry out their duties.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
