Floor Manager - San Carlo Manchester, Manchester

Responsibilities:

1. Delegate work assignments, find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and necessities.
2. Assist in the recruitment for new employees for the restaurant.
3. Ensure smooth running of the restaurant and ensure the restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day.
4. Ensure delivery of high standard of service at all times.
5. Support employee performance and encourage to an acceptable standard.
6. Assist and support training and development of all employees.
7. Deal effectively with customer complaints.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2 years experience in a similar role.
2. Team management experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks.
5. A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction.
