This is a truly pivotal moment for our new organisation, created following the merger of Housing Plus Group and The Wrekin Housing Group.
We are now looking to recruit to a new role of Executive Director of Investment & Growth to join our newly merged organisation and contribute widely to an ambitious, customer-focused Executive Team. This newly created role will lead the delivery of the organisation's investment and growth programme, providing strategic leadership to teams and individuals in the following business areas:
- Strategic Asset Management
- Development
- Regeneration
- Building Safety & Compliance
- Zero Carbon
- Commercial Services
This is an opportunity to lead on fulfilling our merger commitments to deliver more for our customers, build more homes, get the very best from our extensive asset portfolio and become a key influencer across our region.
You will be a proven senior leader with substantial experience of leading development, growth or investment teams in comparably large and complex organisations. Due to the breadth of the role, it's essential that you bring the strategic capability to lead and inspire skilled teams whilst also partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. Your career to date may not have been within the social housing sector, although it's essential to have substantial experience at a strategic level in a complex, regulated and customer-focused business.
