We have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Assistants (Arcade Host) to join our vibrant team. As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade!

Main Duties Include:

  • Opening/closing the arcade, ensuring at the end of each shift the arcade/monies is left secure.
  • Ensure the arcade is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Ensure all machines and redemption units are fully stocked.
  • Ensure all daily checks are carried out thoroughly and reported correctly.
  • Ensure that all machines in the arcade are working correctly, any faults to be reported to management.
  • Ensure that all guests coming into your arcade are treated with the best customer service possible and all leave feeling the magic!

Requirements:

  • Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
  • Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic.
  • Able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
  • Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
  • Have reliable transportation due to the location of the site.
